Stefan Perkowski
With over 15 years of real estate experience, Stefan is regarded as one of the most active office leasing specialists on the North Shore. Stefan prides himself on the long-term relationships he has built with both tenants and landlords throughout his real estate career. This has resulted in Stefan being consistently engaged by both tenants and landlords to facilitate their real estate requirements.
After 7 years as a Director at Chesterton International North Sydney, Stefan built the commercial division into one of the leading North Shore office leasing agencies. He then spent 12 years as a Director of the CBRE North Sydney Advisory and Transaction Services team, where he further established his reputation as a trusted advisor to some of Australia's most prominent property institutions.
Stefan has now founded EVA Property, bringing his deep market expertise and extensive industry network directly to clients as an independent commercial property consultancy. He continues to be appointed by major property institutions including INVESTA, DEXUS, Abacus, Stockland, LIF, Mirvac, and major private groups including Property Bank and Winten Property Group.
Some of the more significant transactions and tenants Stefan has worked with include Nine Network, ASX, Fox Sports, Planet Tel Networks, Woolworths, Gartner, Vocus Communications, Ironfish, Cisco and Jacobs.
